FUN TRIAL

Claycreek farm will be having a fun trial Sunday October 16 2011. This will be a great chance for you to get on the fields and work with your dog to prepare for the upcoming trial.

Fee will be 20.00 for two runs each one apx 15 minutes.

There will be limited cattle runs

Classes offered

HTDI , II, III on ducks, sheep, and cattle.

HTADI, II, III on ducks, sheep, and cattle.

HRDI, II, III, on  sheep, and cattle

RLFIII on sheep only.

JHD on sheep only

HCT on sheep only

All dogs must be current on vaccinations and parasite free

All dogs must be crated or on leash except when working

There will not be any refreshments available at this fun trial so please be prepared.

In consideration for participation in this event. I agree to assume all responsibility for any claim, loss, or damage, of whatever kind or nature, whether to person or property, which may be caused at or near this event either directily or indirectly by me or to me or the dog or dogs I have entered in or brought to this event.

I further agree that I will hold Wendy Peters harmless and defend her from any and all liability for any injury, claim, damage or loss, of whatever  kind or nature, whether to person or property, which may be caused at or near this event either directly or indirectly by me or to me or any dog or dogs I have entered or brought to this event.

I agree to indemnify Wendy Peters for any loss cost or expense including attorney's fees and costs, to which she might be subject as a result of any claim, suit, loss or damage caused in any way by any act or negligence on my part or on the part of my dog or dogs I have entered in or brought to this event.

I certify and represent that the dog or dogs I have entered in or brought to this event is/are not a hazard to other dogs , or animals or to people.

Any livestock seriously injured while being worked must be paid for by the participant working stock at that time. Sheep and goats (150.00 value) Cattle (500.00 value) Ducks (25.00 value)
